Sylvain Kustyan, also known as "gentle giant", or Sylvain Etiene Kustyan, is a subject wanted by the Tuscaloosa County Sheriff's Office on Two Counts of Sodomy in the 1st Degree and Two Counts of Sexual Abuse in the 1st Degree of a young ten year old boy. He is the co-author of a French children's textbook series called "Join the Team Anglais", published by Éditions Nathan. He likes to bring former English students of his from France to the United States and regularly insists upon setting the sleeping arrangements to where he shares the same bed as his young male pupils. And in his e-mails to his hostmother in the U.S.A. he brags about "Pupils have been great though. Extremely friendly and loving. Some of them came to my place last week to help me a little. we had a good time. Dennis and I have been kissed all over by big all 15-year old boys since we got back from Ireland! It seems they really like us!!"
During his regular and extensive stays in the United States, he travels extensively. Specifically, he divides his time between Tuscaloosa, Alabama and Marlboro, Ohio where his host mother and main contact in the United States maintains residences.
If you happen to know the whereabouts of this individual, please report him to the police immediately.

He was my english teacher 7 years ago, I always thought he was that sort of guy. In France, children slept in his house, my friends did, nobody wanted to believe in us, now it's done.
ReplyDeleteI have known Sylvain for more than 20 years as he has visited the U. S. and stayed with my mother-in-law. My nephew courageously and with honor has come forth and named Sylvain Kustyan as the man who sexually abused him since he was 10 years old. My nephew only wants justice in that other boys will no longer be abused by this man who is a citizen of France. My MIL protected and hid Sylvain so that he could escape the U.S. when she realized he was going to be arrested on the charges named above. She did that against her own grandson. I know that my nephew is an honest, intelligent person who has not yet found total justice. If you have been abused by Sylvain Kustyan, if you were invited by him to spend the night at his house and are one of his students or other acquantainces, please come forward. That will help others also come forward as my nephew has. Thank you. Auntie

For all you parents of children who have had any contact whatsoever with Sylvain, please, please seek professional counseling for your children and please warn others about him! Please contact the proper authorities in your country. We can not change what happened to our own children, but together we can save hundreds of potential future victims.

ReplyDeleteYes, actually. Since his host mother and main contact in the United States maintains two residences in Tuscaloosa, Alabama and Marlboro, Ohio he has and does spend months in both places.

DeleteThe reason I'm asking is a letter about him was put in the door of my Mother's Marlboro home. We have never heard anything about him and the police here had no idea about him either. Do you know where about the Marlboro the house Mother lived? Also do they know if he is still in France at this time or is there a possibility that he is in the US? Thanks for all of your info, we were very taken off guard with the letter. I did a lot of research online (which led me here) but the only info I could find was about him being in Alabama. We were just confused on where Marlboro was tied in.
ReplyDeleteMrs. Crunk's home on Marlboro Avenue, which is white with a fenced-in corral on the side, is the main place he frequents in Marlboro. He's been in that area off and on for the past twenty years. The house is across from an Assembly of God Church. As to his current whereabouts, that is a big question mark. At one point he did return to France, but he travels back and forth extensively between the U.S. and France and apparently continues his relationship with Mrs. Crunk; so at any given time he can be most anywhere.

Also about an hour after my last post on here our police department put Kustyan on their Facebook page. Do you know if he was an exchange student at Marlington schools when he was here?

Our material consists of police reports, warrants, that followed official court proceedings, therefore, it is not defamation but truth. Let the truth about the subject in question above be known.

ReplyDeleteP.S. Since Sylvain Kustyan is claiming that there is defamation against him concerning his being Wanted by the police for Sodomy and Sexual Abuse, why doesn't he return to the United States and answer the charges like a responsible individual?
